Refund policy

Clear Sky Landscape, Inc. provides digital consulting services and digital deliverables (PDF reports, 3D models, video walkthroughs, planting plans, and similar). Because our products are digital and intangible, our refund policy differs from physical goods.


1. Digital Products (PDF reports, plans, models, videos)


All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file has been delivered to you via download link or email attachment, no refund will be issued. This applies to: Tree Health Scan, Soil Lab Starter, Nightscape Light Design, Planting Design Studio, 3D Walkthrough Video, Maintenance Manual Pro, Solar Landscape Audit, and Hillside Stability Report.


2. Zoom Consultation Services


For services that include a scheduled Zoom call (Nightscape Light Design, Hillside Stability Report, and similar):


- Cancellation by you more than 24 hours before the scheduled session: full refund.

- Cancellation by you less than 24 hours before the scheduled session: no refund. However, you may reschedule one time at no additional cost.

- No-show (you do not join the Zoom call within 15 minutes of the start time): no refund.

- Cancellation by Clear Sky Landscape, Inc. due to technical issues or emergency: we will reschedule or issue a full refund, at your option.


3. Custom Services (Planting Design Studio, Maintenance Manual Pro, Solar Landscape Audit)


These services require custom work based on your property information. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Once we have started work (defined as initial site analysis or delivery of preliminary materials), the deposit is non-refundable. The final deliverable is non-refundable due to its bespoke nature.


4. Defective or Incomplete Deliverables


If a digital product you receive is materially defective, incomplete, or does not match the description of the service purchased, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clearskylandscape.com. We will review the issue and, at our discretion:


- Correct the deliverable at no additional cost, or

- Issue a partial or full refund.


Errors caused by incorrect information provided by you (wrong property measurements, unclear photos, etc.) do not qualify for a refund under this section.


5. Chargebacks


If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this policy and may result in being permanently banned from our services.
