Welcome to Clear Sky Landscape, Inc. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our landscape consulting services and digital products. By purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

We provide digital consulting services and digital deliverables (PDF reports, 3D models, video walkthroughs, planting plans, etc.). All services are advisory in nature. Deliverables are conceptual and for illustrative purposes only. They are not engineering certifications, permit-ready drawings, or legal documents.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner or authorized agent of the property for which services are requested.

3. Payment

All prices are in USD. By placing an order, you agree to pay the full price listed at checkout.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download link or email within 24-72 hours. Zoom consultations must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. Digital products delivered as files are non-refundable. Zoom consultations cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate property information, obtain necessary permits, and consult licensed professionals before implementing our recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

All deliverables are owned by Clear Sky Landscape, Inc. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your property only. You may not resell or redistribute our files.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as permit approval or increased property value.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Orange County, California.
